SoundboardGuys is a soundboard platform where users can browse sounds, create and manage soundboards on the web, and use sounds in the iOS and Android apps.

2. Web Accounts and App Access

Our website allows users to create accounts and manage their own soundboard content.

The iOS and Android app experience is different: users do not create accounts in the mobile apps and cannot view other user accounts there.

3. User-Uploaded Content

Many sounds available through SoundboardGuys are uploaded by users. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the rights or permission to use it.

• You must not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

For mobile app subscriptions, billing and payment processing are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.

Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies, as applicable. We do not directly process mobile subscription payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operation of the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
